Healthcare Service Providers

The Elderly Health Care Voucher Scheme (HCVS) aims to subsidise elderly persons’ use of the private primary healthcare services. The following healthcare professionals who are registered in Hong Kong are eligible to participate in the HCVS:

(in Part I of the register)

Note 1: From 6^th of December 2023 onwards, medical practitioners not enlisted in the Primary Care Directory (PCD) are no longer eligible to participate in the Health Care Voucher Scheme and hence unable to accept the use of vouchers. Voucher recipients are therefore advised to check this list of enrolled healthcare service providers before seeking healthcare services

Note 2: The use of services provided by allied health professionals and laboratory test services is subject to the current referral arrangement

Note 3: Registered with the relevant healthcare professional body accredited under Accredited Registers Scheme for Healthcare Professions of the Government
