Reimbursement of Claimed Voucher Amount

If an elderly person has used vouchers to settle the service fees of an enrolled healthcare service provider, the voucher amount concerned will be reimbursed to the healthcare service provider in arrears on a monthly basis (The reimbursement will be paid directly into the bank account nominated by the enrolled healthcare service provider).

Enrolled health care service providers can access the eHealth System (Subsidies) for their monthly statements which contain details of the reimbursement amounts payable to them.
